Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati has officially launched its much-awaited motocross bike, the Desmo450 MX, in India at a price of Rs 17.24 lakh (ex-showroom). The launch comes almost a year after the Ducati Desmo450 MX motorcycle made its global debut. With this, Ducati has opened a new chapter, as the brand enters the hardcore motocross racing segment for the first time.

The motocross segment in India is still quite niche, but for enthusiasts, this is an exciting development. Ducati is widely known for its performance and racing DNA, and the Desmo450 MX brings that same legacy into the off-road world.

Performance

Motocross motorcycles are all about lightweight construction and high agility, and Ducati has focused heavily on both aspects with the Desmo450 MX.
